This Policy explains what personal data Jumpsky Ltd collects, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. It covers all Jumpsky products and services including the AI Partner Method, 10s Only Society, Creator Sniper, ebooks, and our websites.
1. Who we are
Jumpsky Ltd ("Jumpsky", "we", "us", "our") is the data controller of your personal data. We are registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12677428), with registered office at 19 The Square, Retford, DN22 6DQ, United Kingdom. Dan Bennett trades as AI Partner Method through his company Jumpsky Ltd; "Dan Bennett", "AI Partner Method" and "Jumpsky Ltd" refer to the same business.

3. Personal data we collect
We collect:
Identity and contact data: name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number, postal address, social media handles, photos, date of birth (for age verification).
Application and qualifying data: answers to application forms, intake questionnaires, business information, income range, goals, current situation, relationship status (where relevant to the product).
Payment data: payment method, billing address, transaction history. Card details are processed by our payment processors (FanBasis, Stripe, PayPal) and are not stored on Jumpsky systems.
Communications data: emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, voice notes, call recordings, support tickets, group chat content, application notes.
Member directory data (10s Only Society members only): profile entries you submit including business details, city, photos, professional summary, contact details you choose to share with other members.
Trip and event data (10s Only Society members only): dietary requirements, health information you choose to disclose for trip logistics. You provide this voluntarily; Jumpsky does not require disclosure of sensitive health data.
Usage and technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages visited, links clicked, referral source, session duration, geographic region (country/city level).
Marketing data: email open and click data, preferences, consent records, unsubscribe history.
4. How we collect personal data
Directly from you (forms, applications, calls, chats, emails); automatically via essential cookies on our websites; from payment processors and third-party platforms (FanBasis, Stripe, Kit, WhatsApp Business, social media where you engage with our content publicly).
5. Lawful bases for processing
We process personal data under one or more of the following lawful bases under UK GDPR and EU GDPR:
- Contract: to provide products and services you have purchased.
- Legitimate interests: to run our business, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, protect security, defend legal claims, and market to existing customers.
- Consent: for marketing to non-customers and sensitive data (e.g. health information shared for trip logistics).
- Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering, and other regulatory requirements.
For California residents we process under the comparable bases set out in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by CPRA.

- Take and process payment, including chargebacks and disputes
- Provide customer support and respond to communications
- Operate the 10s Only Society including the member directory, group chats, trip logistics, and events
- Send marketing emails, SMS, and messages where lawful
- Improve our products, websites, and services
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- Defend legal claims and enforce our Terms
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
7. Who we share personal data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share with:
- Service providers under contract: hosting providers (Vercel, AWS), email service providers (Kit, Postmark), payment processors (FanBasis, Stripe, PayPal), CRM and automation platforms (Make, Slack), SMS/WhatsApp providers (Twilio, WhatsApp Business API), and similar.
- Other Society members (where you are a Society member and choose to share your profile in the member directory or post in group chats).
- Professional advisors: lawyers, accountants, auditors, where required.
- Authorities: where required by law, court order, or to defend legal claims.
- Successors: in the event of a sale, merger, or restructure of Jumpsky.
We do not share data with third-party advertisers or data brokers for their own marketing.
SMS and text messaging: We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio), and only to send the messages you opted in to receive. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
8. International transfers
Where we transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we use:
- UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or
- Other lawful transfer mechanisms recognised under UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

9. Data retention
- Customer data (purchased product): retained for the duration of your customer relationship plus 6 years for tax and accounting compliance.
- Application data (no purchase): retained up to 24 months from last contact.
- Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or for 24 months of inactivity, whichever is sooner.
- Group chat and call recordings (10s Only Society): retained for the duration of your active membership plus 12 months.
- Payment records: retained for 6 years for tax and accounting compliance.
- Legal records: retained for the statutory limitation period.
After retention periods expire, data is deleted or anonymised.
10. Your rights
10.1 UK and EU residents (UK GDPR and EU GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase data ("right to be forgotten") where lawful basis no longer applies
- Restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing
- Data portability for data you provided under contract or consent
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or your local EU data protection authority

10.2 California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and share
- Delete your personal information (subject to exceptions)
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — Jumpsky does not sell or share personal information as defined by CCPA
- Limit use of sensitive personal information
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

10.3 Other jurisdictions
Residents of Australia, Canada, and other jurisdictions have equivalent rights under their local privacy laws. Email dan@danbennettz.com to exercise them.
11. Marketing
11.1 We send marketing emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages to:
- Existing customers, under the legitimate interest "soft opt-in" basis, about similar products and services. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Non-customers, only where you have given consent.
11.2 Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link or instruction.
11.3 Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect transactional or service-related communications relating to active purchases.
12. Cookies
12.1 Our websites use only essential cookies required for site functionality, such as session, cart, checkout, and security cookies. These cookies do not require consent under UK PECR or the EU ePrivacy Directive.
12.2 We do not currently use third-party analytics cookies, marketing cookies, retargeting tags, or advertising pixels. If this changes in future we will update this Policy and implement a consent mechanism.
12.3 You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect website functionality.
13. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data including encryption in transit, access controls, vendor contracts, and incident response procedures. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Children
Our products are for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact dan@danbennettz.com and we will delete it promptly.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active customers. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
